I just collected my new glasses - from start to finish, my experience has been wonderful! Emily was wonderful and extremely thorough in my eye testing, making sure that my prescription was 100% correct. She also did some extra testing to ensure that I haven't inherited my Mum's eye condition. Jenny helped me so much in deciding which frames would suit me - it took me an hour and dozens of pairs to decide, her patience was incredible! And Amelia was so wonderful in ensuring that my new glasses were the perfect fit, ensuring I understood how they would take a while for my vision to adjust to my new prescription. Thank you all so much!!

Have had a great experience. My prescription changed a bit, but after a few weeks of wearing the glasses I knew it wasn't quite right. I went back within the warranty period and they happily re-tested and have adjusted the script. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful.

Staffs were very nice. The whole experience was great except the machine that used to test my eye sight were dirty and that makes me wonder how many people have their eye sight tested incorrectly.
