I have seen several psychologists over the years but working with Adeline has changed my life. As a clinician Adeline is consistently attentive, highly skilled, professional, adaptable, and effective. She clearly keeps up to date with the latest research and takes an interest in all aspects of the work. As a person Adeline is compassionate, interested, friendly, kind, and caring. The progress I have made through consultations with her has been a full journey with clear results in each session. Adeline is not just another therapist you vent to each week and count down the days until your next session; you do real work that empowers you to deal with your life and your mind, and keep building on that together. I would recommend Adeline to anyone.

Ive been seeing Adeline for more than a year. Adeline has guided and supported me throughout this period and Ive made amazing progress with some long-standing problems. Adeline is a highly skilled and experienced therapist who provides treatment that is evidence-based. She creates a safe space and is sensitive to her clients individual needs. I have found Adeline to be kind, open, honest & non-judgemental and she is a very effective communicator. I would recommend her to anyone.

Adeline is a kind and patient and highly skilled clinician. She creates a very safe, welcoming and accommodating space for clients in which to process their lives and gain self - understanding. I have been seeing Adeline for over two years and have recommended her to several friends.
