        Your internal review is a joke! I parked in a bus zone at work after being directed to by traffic controllers on site as there were no buses running and I needed to drop off gear! Your reply was vehicles in bud zones create problems for bus drivers? There were no buses running!!! And then to finish with you can only ask for one review.. why even have it? Its clearly just a way for the council to raise revenue and scam money off of hard working people and claim they give a fair chance your council Is disgusting! If they had of actually got out of their car and talked to the traffic controllers instead of taking a photo from a distance this could have been avoided.

        Maintenance requests fall on deaf ears. Two month and counting. Multiple phone calls result in more promises and nothing is done. Great to see your rate money at work!
