After reaching the point of needing a change for overall better health and lifestyle earlier this year, I undertook the 12 week Health Reset with Dr Rick Davids. I find here from the good reviews from google. I must say, the good reviews are accurate. I threw my back out twice a month, and I was so desperate to fix it. I wasn't sure how much it would get better after first visit. I must say, it got so much better, I couldn't not believe it! Rick's assessment was so accurate and I was so happy that I got my mobility back so quickly. I had to go back only few times and pretty much it close to back to normal. But I will def go back to maintain my back here and there. I would highly recommend Rick!
