Cant talk highly enough if the nurses and Doctor Knight. Professional and kind throughout. The clinic manager on the other hand is a nightmarish bully who seriously needs to learn some people skills and a touch of empathy. A review of her discharge procedures is in order so people who have been recently heavily sedated arent left unattended and leave, only to get halfway home and receive an officious call to return at once.

Very annoyed and upset that my Colonoscopy and Gastroscopy appointment was at 1015am, I asked about the wait time and was told I would definitely not wait as long as an hour. 90 mins later I enquired if I had been forgotten. Receptionist asked my name and who I was seeing!! (I have noticed a complete disconnect between patients and receptionists at previous appointments). Sitting in this uncomfy waiting room, after fasting etc etc before this procedure, was very difficult. Waited about another HOUR with no communication! Then another long wait after I was called in. Only had procedure at about 1pm. Why call me in for 1015am, and take me in only at 1pm, with zero explanation or communication? I have full confidence in Drs Pianko and Cohen but this inconsiderate treatment of a patient is not acceptable so I wont be going back.

Receptionist told me over a month ago it was only $200 fee and that my health insurance covered the rest so we locked in the appointment. Sends me a text the day before to tell me it will be $866 + $100 fee called her to explain Id already liaised with the clinic for the past month ( and my health insurance ) and we confirmed it was only $200 id be required to pay. She turned extremely rude and aggressive over the phone, was quite literally yelling down the phone and wouldnt let me get a word in. She was the clinic manager named Nicky or mia. Safe to say we dodged a bullet definitively avoid this clinic at all costs, the 1 star reviews speak for themselves
