It's hard to put into words how grateful we are for Jess' medical care. After a challenging 4 months I was recommended Jess by another gynaecologist. She was attentive, informative and kind. Six months later I engaged Jess as my obesterician. She managed my pregnancy from week 5 to week 41+5 (this included navigating appointments during stage 4 iso). At every appointment she took the time to explain her medical opinion while giving me the freedom to pick what medical option lay best with me. She made sure I was comfortable and fully informed before making decisions. She answered all questions with informative responses, this included sending information by email to ensure I had time to consider the medical options. She went above and beyond to put me at ease during the pregnancy. Our delivery had a few hiccups but again, thanks to Jess' considered approach, my partner and I felt fully informed , safe and in control. Our baby arrived safely and Jess continued to provide consisent care both in hospital and in the six weeks following birth. I've been under Jess' care for over a year and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions we made. Thanks Jess, Amy and Maria.
