        Went here to have a browse with my friend, and the sales assistant was following us around the store death staring us as if we were going to steal, she was very rude and when she said can I help you with anything she looked like this . We will just purchase online next time

        We have not been to this Prada store many times but we have always been greeted with kindness by the staff, for this reason we have always raved about it even to our friends. Yesterday we wanted to surprise our friend's birthday and we wanted to buy her a gift from Prada and we took her with us to Prada's Chadstone store. For the first time my wife and I were embarrassed by the very cold welcome where it seemed that none of the staff were interested in selling. We stayed as little as possible, my wife and I had to apologize to our friend and say that it's the first time it's happened and we left the shop in the total cold when we entered.

        Came here to buy myself my dream bag for my 40th. Only bag left was In Sydney, Justin was fantastic and had the bag in super quick! He bought us Champaign when I told him it was my birthday and my experience was fantastic!
