unreasonable. Couldn't get my printing colour right and charged me for all the testers. Printing A2 with bleed but had to pay double the amount (A1) beccause "the paper is bigger than A2 with the bleed". Never had the same problems with officeworks. Students with limited print experience come here and get scammed.
