I took up the 6 session Master Coaching program with Nicole, which I found to be well paced based on the large amount of information I was getting and the various dietary habits I was gradually transforming. I highly recommend that program. I asked Nicole to help improve my endometriosis symptoms and therefore my quality of life to whatever extent I had control over them. I started feeling better within months. And while my infertility issues were not the reason for consulting her, I gave birth to a naturally conceived baby exactly a year after my last consultation with Nicole. I have no doubt all those dietary improvements had a lot to do with my healthy pregnancy and precious little blessing.

Saw Nicole as I have PCOS and was trying everything to get a regular cycle so we could fall pregnant. Nicole helped me understand what food does for my body. I never felt like I was dieting, just giving my body what it needs. Thanks to Nicole, we welcome a little girl to our family in November this year!
