        Reception staff are terrible. Every time I call reception its a 10 minute hold before someone answers yet every time Im in there they are all laughing & chatting & not taking calls. Ive also been hung up on twice. The parking situation is also ridiculous. Doctors are good so its such a shame the reception staff & parking make it so unpleasant to attend here.
