Tom I believe his name was was extremely helpful to my girlfriend on Saturday. She desperately wanted a special jacket and they only had one left in the store. After one employee had failed to find it Tom stepped in and saved the day. He went above and beyond to go searching out the back and luckily found the last one in my size. Thanks heaps Tom.

Horrible customer service at MEN dep. Waited for a clothe for more than half an hour cuz they had to get it from the back which they told me 5 to 10 minutes wait in the first place. Couldnt care less to inform me that they cant find it after I waited in line to ask about how much longer do I have to wait. Terrible experience.

Honestly this store has the worst customer service. One of the girls got someone to bring out a coat in my size out from their storeroom and that it would be a 10-15 minute wait. I waited for 40 minutes thinking they were just busy. I then went and checked with one of the girls again and she said it had been rejected which means they didnt have it and she asked if anyone told me. I said no, Ive been waiting out there for ages. Obviously not her fault but nobody apologised, or had the decency to let me know they didnt have the size in stock and left me waiting there for 40 minutes..

I cant believe I have to give 1 star. There should be an option for none. Send that French bob haircut manager back to where she came from. Has ZERO knowledge on what customer experience means. Instead of solving a problem, shed prefer to keep attacking a paying customer. She uses her title to try and intimidate and undermine your customers. To save myself that trauma again of having to go into the chadstone store and deal with her, I have no option but to go to consumer affairs for a resolution. This manager needs to go. Unless these are the type of people you want to be the face of your chadstone branch or any other for that matter then keep it up! Your recruiting skills of sourcing incompetent and rude managers to run your stores are amazing. Youve done just that!
