Terrible experience having Godiva milkshakes and ice creams (first time customers lured by the brand) from their Chadston outlet! Milkshakes/chocolixir - i really think the people in the kitchen were not trained or had no clue how to make shakes. Milkshakes were just a bit of chocolate mixed with a lot of crushed ice. It tasted terrible, watery, no sweetness, no chocolate flavour. I can make far better milkshakes at home with cadbury chocolate and coles milk. We tried milkchocolate, cookies and cream and hazelnut shakes all were equally bad. No chocolate, no milk, just ice+chocolate powder and perhaps a splash of unboiled fat free milk. Who knows. And if its because its not milkshakes but the godiva invention called chocolixir, then its a poor competitor to milkshakes. Hot chocolate - was-a-joke. It was not hot first of all and was watery. It was served in a small paper cup which looked so unprofessional. Drinks are served better in airlines economy class. Ice creams - being so disappointed with the drinks, and finding it hard to believe such a poor experience from a well known world brand, we ordered their ice cream cones as a last try. Tbh, they were better than the milkshakes. There was some flavour in them even though we could still sense the dominant ice/watery taste. Godiva team, pls visit a Lindt outlet and pls try their decadent shakes or any other dish made in the kitchen. And see where u stand. You r not even close. If it was about untrained staff serving inedible drinks by just mixing chocolate powder with ice and forgetting to add enough milk (boiled or cold) , please train them urgently. I will never come again though!

It was a great experience with the mix Chocolate ice cream, and the customer service is very nice they help me out with the online order. Me and my friend Oder the mix and dark chocolate ice cream, we both love the ice cream at Godiva. Very nice

If your after customer service this is not the place for you. Staff here are passive, no smiles on their face and had no interest working at all.

Very bad they did not give us any pieces of chocolate with the drinks usually all branches around the world they give you one piece of chocolate with each drink for very I was very surprised and disappointed this was my first to Godiva in Australia and I will be for sure the last one. Bad service. No smile not welcoming at all !
