Joel was very professional, prompt and patient with helping us secure a loan to own our very first home! We had a lot of questions since it was our first time but he equipped us with the appropriate information at each step of the way. My fiance and I had unique circumstances (including COVID) that made finding a loan challenging but Joel was able to overcome the obstacles to land us a good deal based on our personal priorities.
