I was very nervous to attend as I have an irrational fear of dentists, however I was in a world of pain so my attendance was unavoidable. Dr Tristan was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain what was going to happen and to placate my fears. He and his assistant, Maria, were such lovely people and instantly helped calm me down. I ultimately had quite a bit of work done and actually fell asleep in the chair. Everyone at Core Dental ensured that I felt supported and I was as never made to feel as if my fears were silly or juvenile. I highly recommend this practice and specifically Dr Tristan

Wonderful team at core dental. I've been going there for years for orthodontic work and casual cleans and they've been nothing less than outstanding. Always above and beyond with their service, and very welcoming. Jacques is a really warm and caring dentist, makes sure you know what's happening and why, as well as what to expect before and after your work. Makes you feel very at ease.

Spoke to a woman on the phone who organised my appointment, she was very nice and understood what was going on. However upon arrival it appeared they didnt know what my appointment was for and told me to have an X-ray even though I didnt need one, didnt ask about any information I already had and did not appear to be very knowledgeable despite them being apparent professionals. Confusing. I am young and seek all the info I can get so I asked them about my options for my teeth, including expensive, insurance coverage and availability. I expressed I did not know and all the lady told me was that its like that isnt it. I was confused why she didnt answer and next thing she takes me to the front desk and I thought I was gonna get more info there maybe but then I ended up just being sent on my way. Because of the poor efforts of these staff I wasted multiple hours of my day. It was unbelievable. The second star is purely because the woman on the phone was good.
