Excellent workmanship, Sun Floors is the best place to shop for Tiles or Timber, Hybrid or Laminate, all displayed well with competitive pricing. Have completed Tiles for my house Ground Floor and Light Grey Hybrid for the First Floor. Installation Dates are locked in, very easy to deal if any changes. Very good team spirit. Hi all, we did Vinlyflooringin our housethrough Karan (Sunflooring) in 2018.The Floor was not levelled in our Living area and in few places and the same we informed Karan and his team they said they will level it and do installation and nothing will happenand they did installation on an unevensurface. After a few months as the floor was not levelled the Vinyl floor got bend marks and clip joints startedto open. Whoever comes to ourhouse notices the same and askswho has done this work man ship. We didn't mention the company name. Now we are frustrated and have no choice but to reveal and writereviews so that people should be careful while making decisions. We have beenfollowing since 4 years. He is known to my partner as hiscompany buys Floorboard and Tiles from him. He assured me he will be fixing it. I am sharing emails ( where he confirmed he will be fixing it), have visited his showroom (He confirmed he will do it as he is waiting for the sameVinlyFloor which he has installed in our home, sent SMS but no reply. Finally he is asking for more money for his poor workmanship. The worst part is when we took him to VCAT in today Mediationhe refused that he has done any work for us and asking for Invoice as a proof which he never gave to us) Guys please be careful while gettingwork with this person,never pay him cash and if you please ask forreceipt immediately. Don't trust him, he will never send you an invoice, Also please make videosor take photos when he is working in your home. In our case now he is saying I havenever done work in your house, I paid him x amount cash and balance through bank transfer. I am surprised how a business person can liefor workmanship he has done. Sharing work man ship. Email snapshot, and message for your records.I have also seen that one theyfinish work they will immediatelypush you to write a reviewand if something happens with poor workmanship of installation they will never response. They are not using certified tilers for installation. So pleasebe carefulas we are using our hard earnedmoney and these people don'teven take ownership of work they have done. Sorryto say but this is bittertruth.
