Elpor Granny Flats & Sleepouts

Built a granny in Sept. 2022, its a good experience with Elpor. The office response very quickly, the final outcome is very close to the display unit, the price is affordable. The floor plan can be adjusted at your preference. You have freedom to upgrade almost any thing if you like. But, The insulation is not as good as a brick house, so if you live beside a busy road, it would be some noise issue. The sandwich wall panel is not that efficient to block sound transmission. More over, on a heavy rainy day, rain drop on the colorbond roof would be an issue. Overall its a good investment as a home office/ secondary living/ rental property.

I hired Elpor to build a granny flat for my father so I could keep him home longer ratehr then go into care. I am so happy with the finished result, they are completely open and honest about their costs and do a high quality professional job going above and beyond to help complete the job as is needed and to help the people who will be using their constructions. I cannot thank Ryan and his team more for their excellent communication, fair pricing, quality constructions and thoughtful help to follow up to things. Other competitors add on costs that are included here like permits etc etc that costs thousands more. I would recommend Elpor to anyone and have already. Many thanks for all you've done for my family and for going above and beyond in helping us.
