They really don't make things easy. I email through a report of someone littering, including a video as evidence and it wouldn't upload. Then had to email then and they wouldn't accept an email format. I tried to submit the report online and the form was down. They told me they couldn't accept all the details via email or even phone. How does that support accessibility? I then went on to complete the details all in their form.. they came back saying I needed to insert a proper e-signature, or sign the form printed and re-upload it.. apparently me writing my name doesn't apply. Are you serious?? I'm trying to do the right thing by reporting littering from vehicles, and you make it really really difficult. Not very encouraging to continue to report litter in the future, you clearly don't want the administrative work and your processes do not help.

Can get issued a notice for absolute no reason at all, and states on your website even if its compliant you dont get any sort of rebate/refund. So you can just mess with people at will, just based on your opinion and suspicion, have someones means of travel taken off the road and have that person out of pocket. Ive been issued a notice just before Christmas period and all the testing sites are closed for the holidays which means even now that Im trying to do the right thing, I cant drive my car for 3 weeks because apparently as soon as the notice is issued, it cant be driven until cleared.
