My representative an event planner without specialist knowledge or experience... but he was passionate about the bigger picture he said... but that picture was his clear and evidential misrepresentation rationalised for personal gain via conflict of interest - he was smoozing my employer for a job and was rewarded nicely at my expense. They told me to accept drastic outcomes and then termination for being bullied and doing the right thing, they failed to support or defend, they said don't bother with WorkCover - advice they had no right to give having no idea, lacking ethics, integrity, ability.....the outcomes harsh and unfair....I asked for a second opinion but was treated with little respect and victimised and blamed to prevent the work of having to go to fairwork... honestly save your money as hacsu will not help you, not maintain rights, they ignored the eBA, they lost my private informations and cut contact whole I still paid my fees - what do you want from us i was asked - value for money, the truth, a representative who fits what is promoted - hacsu seek fast and harsh outcomes that are unfair and harmful. I paid almost $20k to hacsu to uphold my rights an the little guy as promised - they won't do that. Better to save the 20k, apply for WorkCover, not be lied to and used or disrespected and abused..... WorkCover isn't fun either but it pays at least. Hacsu you owe me full refund for failure on all counts to provide the service paid for - I imagine many others have been letdown and failed, misrepresented..... the word needs to get out that work rights are gone.....it's all corrupt and compromised....hacsu have no database of successful cases as I assume they have little to enter.... worst thing is they pretend to know and represent while preparing you to accept worst case scenario.... save your money save your hope, save your belief in rights and the eBA, if management are coming for you and they'll do so within the boundaries of disapline as opens those rights and takes yours but the union won't help in any way. This is evidence based and experienced - but hacsu don't do critism well...or anything else...they did leverage an ok agreement but no help if job taken.

Falsely charged me when I informed them I would not be renewing my membership in the new financial year. And stated I would not be charged for membership renewal in the financial new year, after hassling them for my money back after their error, not easy to get back my stolen money. And they charged me for another membership!!! They are thieves and I am considering reporting them to the authorities as they are not responding to my communications to get my stolen money back again. They are also not working for members. I watched them do nothing when my old job gave shifts to agency over their staff and violate the EBA since the pandemic started. They are all talk and are in bed with the management. They don't care about frontline staff. Total rip off.

Save your money and there's a lot to save! Buy booze or yoga passes instead.. Because.. If you are being investigated, you do not have rights, and if you are still in the union you'll be told wonderful things on the phone, don't believe them... you will be given little actual defence... They won't recommend you go for workcover, don't listen try anyway as it's your only line of defence and rights left.

Been a member for four months they have done absolutely nothing. Not even a phone call to check how I'm going. Worst of all they are unreachable, you get stuck in the queue and if you press their call back service good luck getting a call back cause I certainly never did. After 40 minutes of waiting operator asks what your issue is so they assign someone to call you back which still take days. I sent an email stating my displeasure and I had a call back from an aggressive case manager telling me off for being angry, he told me to listen to him and not interrupt, I listened until he was done then I tried to explain my concerns, he was talking over me so I told him to now listen to me as I listened to him. He continued to aggressively talk over me so I repeated myself with louder voice that I listened to him and he needs to pay the same respect, he then accused me of abusing him and hung up on my face. If you are having issues at work and feeling down, unless you wanna feel worse, I do NOT recommend!
