I was exceptionally impressed with Nicholas Ng. We came to him with a very difficult hearing issue and he was very creative and nuanced in his approach. We explored a number of options and he was always patient and very professional in trying to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend him as an audiologist who is focused on meeting the clients needs.

My 93 year old father had just suffered a terrible loss. To make matters worse, his hearing aids had been unhelpful. To be out of the loop when other family members were able to get some solace from phone calls and connection was unbearable. Nick Ng was not only efficient and a great advocate for dad; he was warm and empathetic in the very rarest of ways. He totally understood the situation and the need to expedite what can be a long process. Dad is a different person now he can hear. Talking on the phone with him brings us all joy. Nick - who's new to the company and fresh from Hobart - is just fantastic. I saw him for the first time yesterday and he sorted out a couple of issues for me with lots of lateral thinking and support. I've had many audiologists over the years but I think he's the best I've seen. Why? He listened and he got stuff done!

They mislead people with advertisements on Facebook promising new free hearing aids and then when you arrive they only offer you a free hearing test unless you change over from Hearing Australia. These fraudsters can't even e-mail the correct address.
