Have a bad experience from the beginning. And the recent one, my unit has been affected by house fire during Christmas day and have to be evacuated. Ive got no family here and I was lost. I have to wait for their office to reopen (which is the 2nd January, 1 week later after the fire) in order to inform them about that matter. The day they reopen their office, I have to call them as my agent didnt even bother to read her email the first thing in the morning. When I called her, she was in shock. Dont need your sympathy just need your help because you are responsible with the unit that I lived at. In situation like this, I dont think I should wait until holiday is over. All I can say is, poor communication leads to disappointment. And I am a very disappointed client.
