        My jetter was out of action with issues. I took my jetter in and the team had me back up and running that day! The company we bought our machine from wouldnt even answer my phone call. These guys are easy to deal with and want to help! I will be taking all our jetter servicing here in the future. Thank you!!!

        The customer service was actually awesome - I had a young man who was really nice. My main problem was due to lack of response via multiple emails questioning the final cost of my service. I was sincerely frustrated given multiple emails with no reply. I am assuming the company will reply to this stating to contact them paradoxically. Post-customer care is important This store is most likely really good and I do note these are probably the most experienced company for pressure pumps in Melbourne. A word of advice about getting there - avoid peak traffic times - it can be really difficulty getting in and out of Campbellfield when Sydney Rd is packed.
