Had an insurance claim through this company after an uber passenger swung open his door and hit my car. I was skeptical after the uber driver tried to avoid blame and a miscommunication with PTRS but they were very efficient and helpful. A tow truck picked up my car from 2 hours away and when it came time to receive my car and return the rental they dropped off the rental car for me.

This is a dodgy company. Their customer hit the back of my car about a month ago and to date they have refused to pay for the damage. They initially asked for quote and photos which I have provided. The owner , Masood, then came back saying he would only pay approximately half or I have to take it to their panel beater. When asked if they could provide me with the name of their panel beater and a quote, similar to what I have provided them with, they refused to and said he had no time. If Im not a fault how could I be forced to take my car to any panel beater of their choosing especially after I find their company to be unprofessional . I need assurance that its not a dodgy panel beater and that my car is safe to drive. Im now forced to engage a lawyer and it looks like their customer may be up for legal costs, which is unfair when their customer has paid insurance. I will continue to post my comment until this matter is resolved. If theres no further update from me , it means they have blocked me and go to show what a dodgy company they are. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE
