Worst experience we've had with a property manager. We were managed by Edy from 2018-2019. We were robbed towards the end of our tenancy, and not only did they not care, they tried to charge us for a heater that was stolen which we had a police report for. They made it so difficult to get our bond back that we had to take them to vcat and we won the case in a heartbeat. Would definitely not recommend.

my rental experience with this agency was far less than desirable. edy (who will no doubt respond to this defending his actions) is what you would consider a bully and treats his tenants with disdain and thinks we are all out to make his life as difficult as possible. there is no proper two way communication and edy believes his tenants should always do his bidding despite how inconvenient it can be at times. case in point - edy expected me to show up at the rental after I have moved out so he could point out what needs "further cleaning and repair" when he was already there conducting a viewing. when i asked for photo evidences instead, he made it sound like it was my fault for not showing up so that the issue could be resolve more "efficiently". getting my bond refunded was another episode which proved difficult as edy went all out of his way to find every single tiny flaw with the apartment as though he was trying to come up with ways to forfeit the bond. i set out in detail as to why I disagreed with his comments and his reply was basically him chastising me for writing lengthy emails and not cooperating and making things more difficult. in short, if you really must rent via this agency, I would suggest being as pedantic as possible in your communications with edy and stand firm if you believe you are in the right as a tenant.

Unprofessional management. Very slow to respond to maintenance issues. Delayed bond refund and made my life very difficult purposely for very minor issues at exit. Negative reviews below are correct. Stay away!

I'm plumber and asked me to go and fix one of his rental property. This business didnt pay me for 2 months. Very bad to do business with this guys. Never again.
