I just had the pleasure of receiving care from James at the Bond Osteopathyclinic. I needed relief immediately because my back muscles and calves were in excruciating discomfort. I could tell as soon as I entered the clinic that I was in capable hands. James carefully evaluated my health before starting the treatment and listened to my worries. The regions where I was in pain and discomfort were then targeted using a variety of techniques by him. With each minute that went by, I could feel the tightness in my muscles relaxing because of his method, which was both firmand efficient and always went the extra mile. James' attention to the entire body was one of the aspects of his care that I valued the most. One of the aspects of James' treatment that I loved the most was his emphasis on the entire body. He didn't only treat the exact regions where I was hurting; instead, he considered how my calves and back muscles worked in relation to the rest of my body. He provided me customised workouts and stretches to assist me maintain my health and avoid future problems. I felt like a new person towards the end of the session. My calves and back muscles were noticeably less stiff, and I could move more freely and comfortably. I left the clinic grateful and amazed with James' competence and knowledge. Overall, I would strongly suggest James' osteopathy clinic to anyone in need of therapy for their calves, back muscles, or any other problem. James is an amazing practitioner who genuinely cares about his patients, and I consider myself fortunate to have found him.
