Julie came to my mother's nursing home in Caulfield, and then proceeded to do an amazing eye check, using lots of equipment which she brought along. Julie was patient, diligent, thorough and very careful to determine what the issue was with my mums vision. My mother was extremely happy with Julie and especially because with her new lenses her 98 year old vision will be very good again. I highly recommended Julie and the service she provides and she is a credit to her profession.

Really poor experience with Julie (mobile optometrist). I called reception this morning explaining that I have infected eye glands needing treatment at home as I have a dislocated tailbone. Reception was lovely and said the area that I lived in would be easy for Julie to attend and shed be nearby and to give her mobile a call. So I did and Julie told me she had another client in Lalor and would see me later today and give me a call. I cancelled other possible appointments because of this only to receive a call at 4pm from Julie saying she wont be coming and cant come until another 8 days time. I expressed my disappointment that now I am left without care and with a spreading infection. Her excuse was that her client in lalor rescheduled and therefore she is not coming to me (more convenient for her). I then asked her if she thinks its even safe leaving me untreated with a spreading infection for that long and she said no. Probably not, offered no alternative and tried to blame me. I am beyond disappointed and now very stressed as I have to try and pick up cancelled appointments if I can even get them, probably not. Total lack of responsibility and care I will never contact again.

Honestly by far the best optometry service I've ever been to. Julie, the optometrist I saw, was very well informed, thorough, thoughtful and friendly. Prices were very fair, and better than any other optometrist I've seen. Really brilliant company. Thank you.

This is a gem of a place, Its a treasure to find. I have been truly well cared for, The Optometrist was very knowledable and precise. i had full confidence, i would get the right prescription lenses , and i did. Prices are very reasonable, they do offer a guarantee. i have used a no of eyecare premises over the years, inc. overseas - but this place is definitely cream on the cake, I give 5***** and they deserve a lot more, Can highly recommend, OZMANN from Hawthorn

Very good practice. They do not make just simple reading glasses but also glasses for people with some bigger problems. They even make sports glasses which is a bit of a problem for people with big minuses. You can expect a good advice and good quality job.
