Allergy Medical Clinic- Richard Plomley

My son has been confirmed gluten allergy by sunshine hospital and dc Richard still ask him to do a blood test which to confirm if he is gluten allergy. I asked him if we can get more information after the blood test like how serious is him allergy to gluten ? I dont know ! He responded at very rude attitude, you have to do a blood test We said we happy to do the test but we have to know whats that for . He said I dont know and I cant help you anymore . You cant image how rude him was whole conversation and I am 4 months pregnant . After this bad conversation I took my whole day to calm down . He doesnt want to help patients , he wouldnt listen! please find a real doctor somewhere else! Its waste your time and money to see this doctor!

The worst medical professional I have ever interacted with. This so-called "doctor's" behaviour towards me was horrible and disgusting. First off, he yelled at me for not finding me in HIS own office space. He then told me he was angry because I called the reception asking if the appointment was correct and now he will cop a spray from his boss because of me. When I asked him if the allergy test would hurt me he replied with "It won't hurt me. But will definitely hurt you" and smiled. He also told me if I felt like "killing myself" then I should get off the medication he prescribed me. He obviously knows how he treats people is horrible and he is tarnishing the Allergy Medical Clinic reputation in the process. Keep in mind, I paid for this service.

I found Dr Plomley very experienced and is someone who has been around a long time in the industry I can see he gets overloaded with work and new technology which is harder when you get older but that isn't often and we need to have patience as we all get like that at times. Otherwise he is friendly and seems genuine in your wellbeing.

It has taken me a long time to post this review. Before even having a face to face consult I was requested to pay $ 450 upfront, when I questioned why, i was told "That's how we do it" Dr Plomley's attitude was appalling. As far as his medical knowledge, he performed allergy tests and after the scratch tests he forgot what order he did the drops on. I cannot understand why he is still able to continue in the medical field. In the end I visited the Melbourne Skin Clinic in Rowville and immediately it was explained what procedures were required and overtime these were cured. I am glad to be able to get Richard Plomley out of my system. Never never attend RP for advice.

He is very money minded. He is harassing families mentally by charging big amount of money for a small thing. He doesnt know how to talk to a normal person how he can talk to a client. Medical system should go through the reviews about him and should take some strict actions against him. Very very bad experience.
