Proceed with caution. Put a deposit down to view the contracts. My lawyer and broker were not convinced with the contracts and information provided despite truesource telling me land is titled and build will commence within 90 days. This was in October 2021. Nothing has commenced at the site I drive past daily. Since I was out of the 7 day cooling off period due to delays in responses and open promises, I lost money to view the contract but glad I backed out in time compared to others who have had bad experiences with this company and waiting for years to build or get their money back of significant amounts.

I wish there is negative star system. Very pained to even give one star. Purchased a town house after depositing 10% in 2017. Dealt with Quang Huynh (who is nothing short of a professional cheat). He made sure I paid 5k initial deposit (out of 10%) as cash not into trust account by giving me a receipt (by creating great hype that the lots are all sold out and if I dont pay, I will not get one). Since then he hasnt returned my calls in (almost 5 years now). The property build hasnt progressed and I had to withdraw a year ago. While my rest of 10% is paid back from their trust, this thief of Quang is absconding and not responding to calls. With no appreciation for my locked in amount for many years, my 5k is still not returned. Please stay away from Amora and Mr.Quang the thief (who is in the business of stealing hard earned money of customers) by all means,

Do not engage with these people. They are crooks and after taking your hard earned money will not return no amount of phone calls or emails. As their story unravelled, we learnt that these people are professional scammers that had robbed many others of their money and dream home ownership . We purchased multiple lots in 2017 and after 3 long years of waiting for the building development to commence, chose to execute our rights to deposit retrieval. After 6 months of pleading with their solicitors we were able to retrieve our deposits but minus $5,000 which was deliberately not transferred into the solicitors trust and is now unaccounted for. Stay away from Amora and Quang Huynhdai. The whole thing is a shambles and not only will you lose money but be caught up in lies and uncertainty with this unethical establishment.
