        From the initial consultation up to installation of our Inverter , Solazone was fantastic and friendly.. Erness and Mindaka were very helpful. Installation was very good. Good job done by Brenden. Thank you all

        Just a professional company and I would highly recommend them to all and sundry.Their licensed electrician was able to professionally change over a faulty Delta (their complicated warranty claims process I felt were not worth pursuing )inverter and replaced it with a Goodwe,which I was able to purchase through Solazone.I am very grateful to all involved,from the receptionist,the solar expert salesman and of course to their competent licensed "sparky"!

        Dishonest company who phoenixed from an old company called Solazone pty ltd. Watch out for their insurance policy because they will never fulfill it.

        If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company installed a solar hot water system that has had many faults and defects and never properly worked. Over the last 15 months, there have been numerous reasons for not attending to fixing it, including no staff, at conference, rain, COVID, busy, not now. I'm off to VCAT. If anyone would like to join me, please let me know.
