        big thank you to the staff Tony for helping me to rebuild the pipe of my dog bath tub. The old one was broken, and I took it to Tony, he helped me to remake a new one that works for my dog bath tub. Without him I can't keep my pet salon business running. Thank you!!

        Big thanks to the team at Burwood who helped me this morning with a toilet seal that had leaked. They went above and beyond to find the odd part in their 'upstairs' section and it was a perfect replacement. This is why I continue to return to Reece rather than big box stores such as Bunnings. A+ to Burwood team.

        A huge thank you to the team at Burwood and most especially the Operations Manager Jamie, who personally offered to deliver a selection of bath plugs to me recently when I moved into a property with multiple plumbing issues and no plugs! So very grateful. Jamie was incredibly professional, helpful, friendly and the service he provided - extraordinary. I wouldn't consider anywhere other than Reece in the future. Thank you for your kindness Jamie.
