if i can give them minus 100 i would very late very rude very expensive plus offering the customer to change anything in relation to plumbing with no reason - just so they can get more work for themselves keep away do not deal with this business all those positive reviews u see on GMB listing many most likely fake

No hot water. Rang Gallant and time was arranged for visit and assessment of the problem. Chris at Gallant was great' I live in a unit block and the heater is on an external wall with access by ladder. He arranged with the tenant below me to access the heater through his unit. Plumber rang me to confirm his arrival and turned up on time,diagnosed the problem,arranged an electrician and everything was efficiently done. Problem fixed! Great service from all involved at Gallant. Thank You.
