Really happy with the internal plastering provided by Eric and Yong. The boys finished the job on time to a really high finish and came in on budget too. Highly recommend.

Two townhouse development - An exact mirror for each townhouse. I sent drawings and got a quote, which I accepted; then he met me on site and increased the price despite the fact I sent him the full architectural drawing set and nothing had changed, but I still accepted the increase begrudgingly. He did one townhouse correctly, the other different; internal downpipes were below the ceiling level. After meeting twice on site, several emails and texts and him being very argumentative and abusive (he took me for a fool) he agreed to fix the incorrect ceiling battens... He fixed half the ceiling, so there were now two different angled ceilings instead of one. More site meetings and him yelling at me telling me I was wrong, even though I'd exposed his dodgy fix. I made him correct the entire ceiling so both sides matched and he had it fixed in about two hours. BUT he took up about four hours of my time arguing, going to and from site and ignoring instructions to fix it. He then made a 90% progress claim (which was paid straight away) because there were incomplete works and he has since disappeared. There are other minor defects I'll have to pay someone else to fix. Ignores emails, texts or phone calls though I'm asking for nothing more than him to complete the works we contracted. I've spent more time dealing with his bad attitude and lack of looking at drawings than he has spent installing the battens. Look elsewhere. Update - disappears. Out of business?
