        Similar to everyone else has said, Sha Liao was consistently rude and unprofessional toward my mother who was suffering from dementia. Why is she still practising? She should be suspended and investigated.

        Unprofessional and rude. If you say you dont have suitable tools to help I can totally understand, but why dont even check the place get hurt? Dont trust this place anymore. Dont waste your time here. Lots of professional and good GP you can find in Box Hill.

        Completely unprofessional and extremely rude. She lacks empathy or compassion and instead passes excessive judgement on first time mothers. There is no place for mum shaming in 2022, especially when they are seeking help. I am appalled and ashamed that someone of this character is practising in the health profession and would advise seeking medical advise else where.
