UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, UNETHICAL The guy sent out to measure and quote was fantastic. Adrian the carpet layer sent an invoice with only my first name(dodgy) then after I paid the deposit he ignored my requests to book in the job. Eventually, a month later and after several ignored messages, AND after I requested he refund my deposit, he called me to book in the job. Predictably, he never turned up. We have since requested he refund my deposit and hes once again ignoring messages. I dont know whats going on with this guy but hes done this to more than one customer. Please dont make the same mistake we did and give your money to someone who will get the job done.

Great service initially for a quote. Great price and carpet laid within a week. Carpet layers were very polite and did a great job.

After getting a few quotes AMJ Carpets were a better price, great quality carpet and the installer was swift and very friendly. I'd highly recommend these guys over your carpet courts and mainstream carpet stores. Two thumbs up..

The worst service provider I even had. We did a renovation for a property on Courtney Street. Adrian was friendly at the beginning, started earlier than expected but then.. something went wrong. He disappeared for a few weeks, ignored my calls and emails, I occasionally visited the property and saw that there was no flooring in there. Finally he picked up my call and said that everything had been done. I went to the property again and there was no flooring still. He apologised and explained it by having the material damaged during the flood (happens, why why not to tell me at the very beginning?). He called me saying that he fixed it. I ordered a cleaner to steam clean the freshly installed carpet and the cleaners couldn't do the job because the carpet was not attached properly. It was literally moving and coming out of the skirting boards. I called Adrian again, they semi-glued the carpet, but still missed a few parts. I didn't care anymore as the property got rented out and we didn't want to disturb the tenants. Overall, I wasted a lot of time travelling to the property and checking the job which wasn't done, following up over the phone and sending emails. On top of that, the property was vacant for a few months. I do not believe it takes so long to get a carpet installed for a 2 bedrooms property in North Melbourne. p.s. photos were taken by the cleaners
