Strongly recommend Deeya's amazing services. I train 5 days a week and have 2 days rock climbing mixed in and definitely needed some muscle therapy/help. Deeya was able identify and help remediate any issues I had (or going to have) and provides great occasions for tuning up. She offers great services in massage/cupping/needling and much more. Location is easy to get to and there's lots of available parking. Definitely 5 stars and have recommended her to my family and friends. Thank you Deeya!

I train 5-6 days a week so I'm generally quite active. I receive regular treatments from Deeya to help relieve the tightness in my muscles from being overworked. Every time I leave a treatment I always feel amazing and can perform so much better whether it be at my BFT classes, cycling or boxing. Deeya is so knowledgeable with the body, she knows exactly which areas to target whenever I get certain pains and I always leave feeling extremely satisfied. I truly look forward to all my sessions with Deeya :)

I have been seeing Deeya for over a year now, and every time I leave feeling near perfect. I highly recommend Deeya to anyone in need if rehabilitation or a deep tissue massage.

I 100% highly recommend!! Ive been seeing Deeya for remedial message and she is very experienced and knowledgeable. Im really impressed with how far Ive come with all of her help. Ive always struggled with lower back pain and with the massages, cupping and the exercises shes provided I now can do things I couldnt before.
