I had Chronic back pain due to my injury L4L5 Annular tear for a long time. My whole back is stiff and always have back spasm. Ive tried Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopath but I always have this pain below my thoracic spine just below my rib cage. John, was able to improve my mobility and pain. John is very knowledgeable and very professional. Looking forward for my next treatment.

He will find your problem and will fix it, plus will give you advices and support to improve your physical strength and build together a strategy plan to avoid same problem in the future. "I have been seeing John and the Body Tune Team and I can say that they are the best in the business. As an MMA fighter who trains 6 times per week, it's important for me to find a Trainer / therapist who understands the body for my requirements. Body Tune always find and fix the problem. At each session we do a combination of treatment and exercises that help maximise and improvement my movement. A+++ for these guys. Highly recommend them.
