Melbourne Paediatrician - Dr David Tran

One of the worst admin ive ever come across. She just cut me off and put me on hold while im explaining what im enquiring about. Very sad!

My review is based solely on the inefficiency of admin and lack of respect. I chose David Tran after a lot of research and word of mouth referral and tried calling the office several times but it was not attended. I contacted North Park and they tried to put me through, but again, not attended. I emailed the referral, as suggested on the website. I called several more times over the next week or so, when I had no acknowledgement of the email. I finally got through to someone today and they told me that they aren't taking on any more patients as they are booked for the rest of the year. While a perfectly reasonable reason for not taking on new patients, it is not reasonable to not communicate this, either on your website (like many others do) or by responding to emails.

Warm, caring and compassionate Doctor who is very thorough in his assessments, recommendations and surveillance. My chatterbox son is thriving after initially presenting with very obvious selective mutism & anxiety. Thank you, Dr. Tran!! We can't thank you enough.
