        Under-loved mess. So many small things are missing attention that could be addressed easily without significant expense, and make the cottage more livable. We have been through bush fires, travel restrictions, and our country tourist businesses must be glad that domestic travel can resume. But during the lockdowns, smart businesses invested in improvements, using the forced downtime intelligently. My sense is the owner is sweating their asset and doesn't really care, or doesn't have to.
