Merri-bek City Council - Brunswick Citizens Service Centre

This council does not provide sufficient parking for the businesses on lygon street How do they expect the employees of these businesses who give Brunswick the reputation it has to find decent parking.

Overall good experience with this council since I moved to Glenroy 6+ months ago. I'm taking a star off for lack of knowledge (I had to get my conveyancer to tell them to supply me bins as I was moving under a licence agreement and they wouldnt let me, pretty sad that they were so stubborn) from staff and I put in a request for the installation of speed humps 4 months ago and no response. Also, the collection of bins are usually missed a lot (whilst adhering to all the rules) but they are usually pretty good when I call them and they collect it within 24 hours every time. By the way, saying they are short staffed is not an optimal excuse to why the bin wasn't collected. (Especially if it's the 3rd week in a row). Sort it out.

Beware of the business parking that is unfairly put in the middle of the car parks here...very deceiving of the Moreland council....
