I will never ever to comeback again become member here, BEWARE for NEW MEMBER, joining fee $69 but when you want to cancel (even after 1 year), they still debit until one month after you ask to cancel (4 x $16.99 = $68), in total $69 + $68 = $137, Wow What a RIP OFF!!!

I recently became a member at Genesis Fitness, and my experience has been exceptional, thanks to Tracy's outstanding customer service. Combined with the state-of-the-art facilities and vibrant atmosphere of Genesis Fitness, makes it the perfect place for anyone seeking an exceptional gym experience. Kudos to Tracy and the entire team for a welcoming environment.

My child swims hear I noticed that the water is very cold I see all the kids come out freezing I even saw one of the instructors shivering as she was teaching children swimming. it's to cold the water teaching kids if you see kids getting out shivering you need to make it warmer

Was told swimming pool is always at 32'C just a couple degrees less than a hydrobath. Became a member to use this facility based on this information. No way near 32'C. Possibly 15'C, maybe. Certainly not 32'C. Very disappointed. Would be extremely helpful having after hours access.
