I, like many others below are not satisfied. Purchased a large, expensive display case and one of the LED lights flickered. I contacted them a couple of months later (as I hadn't used the lights) and they said "sorry too late - get an electrician". I also had to ask how to remove the glass doors for cleaning. After several weeks, their response is "get a glazier" - WHAT? Every time I want to clean I have to pay hundreds. Go elsewhere. DREADFUL customer service and pretty poor products. Not sure how they're still in business. Too busy to report them to Fair Trading but it won't be long before someone does. It's illegal to not offer refunds or a warranty on a product.

Purchased a table that needed to be a particular height. Staff were quick and helpful in confirming specifications. An invoice was generated so quickly, with the product arriving interstate 2 days after payment. Brilliant!

Shout out to Joanna at SLW for your AMAZING, Above and Beyond customer service. Shipping to N.Z turned out to be more expensive than the items purchased but I managed to find a friend who was visiting Melbourne who'd then bring the items overseas for me. Joanna held the items and then HAND DELIVERED them at the end of her work day to my friends location half an hour away. From start to finish Joanna was an absolute delight to deal with - understanding, flexible and ultimately made the whole thing work. Thank You!! We own a business and did ordered several food display With trays clear Acrylic, mainly issues the trays break easily even by taking extra care with it they still break after fews months , this trays are not cheap to replace, Been emailed them via their website and customers care and never received any response from any of their customers service. I did advised that there product was poor quality made so they probably did approved that by not having response been 3 weeks already. Don't wast your money on this product made very cheap and not last long.Today 2 March 23 Unfortunately I did not received any emails from you i did checked my spam Box aswell nothing the only email I received was a ticket number, please don't try to fool your customers If you did contacted me harder you would have not contacted me only by email as you said you did , but phone number etc.. Please do what all professionals business do , look after your customers make sure you doing the right things and not pretending Thank you Mikael
