I contacted this doctors regarding my husband who was a previous patient and needed help with his medical record information and spoke to the manager she was the most rudest person, unprofessional, not helpful at all. I asked to see Dr Zaher and it was for an urgent matter. She advised me that Dr Zaher isn't seeing any old patients or any new patients. She said that she couldn't help my husband and that he couldn't speak to Dr Zaher.

I went for a walk in they told me I havent been here for the last 2 years they saying only look after they old patients that means no new ones Im not a new one if a family goes overseas and comes back they not going to been look after where is the government !!

Love this place, Mr BAHNASAWI assisted me perfectly with my prostate exam and made sure that I am healthy and intact. He even threw in a little extra if you know what I mean

I attended this doctors and spoke to the reception regarding seeing Dr Zaher to complete medical report. I explained to receptionist about my situation and she was rude and said I can't help you so I asked to speak to the manager and she said I'm the manager. She was very unhelpful and completely refused to help me. I asked to see Dr Zaher and she said that I couldn't see him. I said I'm leaving until I speak to Dr Zaher. The manager finally went to speak to Dr Zaher in his room and after sometime the manager and Dr Zaher came out of his room and told to me to come and talk to him in the corridor not in his room. Dr Zaher refused to help me with my urgent matter. He said there was nothing he could do . Even when I was his patient he was not helpful and didn't look after my well being at all. I had a workplace accident and he should have helped me to do the necessary process to report this accident and go through worksafe.
