        I would not even give one star. Drove up to get my dog registered today. Friday afternoon, I was the only customer and this was around 4:25pm. They close at 5pm. Officer was not sure how to register a service dog, hesitated when asked if he can kindly print the email from the agency for me to attach to the registration form and then as I was filling out the form, he told me I can register online instead. I drove to the office, he should have provided service as I was already there. So now, I have to drive home, do this online and wait for the tag...when he could have just done it for me on the spot as I was already there. Disappointing is an understatement!!! No wonder council workers get a bad rep!

        Oh wow "I'M VERY HAPPY" I ordered my organic bin next morning it has arrived.Very efficient thank you to contractors at Hume who dropped off my bin. Well done Melissa from customer relation you all are Again, my bin lid was broken. I called council. On Wednesday the next morning before 7am, it's replaced. Great job.

        I love my Council Hume purely for the fact that their Council mower men actually mow my nature strip as it is classed as Council land :) Gee not everyone is this lucky? Thank you so much to the amazing Council men who mowed my whole front yard when my mower is not working:) TOP MARKS!
