Absolutely incompetent staff and the lady I spoke to at the counter was astonishingly rude. The staff member I spoke to could not speak English properly and did not understand what I was asking at all. How many times do I need to book an appointment and come in until I can actually speak to someone who has even half a brain?

I have been trying to get my family subsidy sorted for at this center for over two weeks now, each time, I will be refer online which is not successful..I walked in waited for almost two hours, people who came after me were attended, after some time I spoke to one of the staff, who told me that my name was not put on the queue. The male staff was extremely racist and put my name off the system. I still wasted my day without been seen, only for the lady staff to apologise later and the male staff kept ranting. I felt highly discriminated and extreme racism from the male staff who choose not to put my name of the system. I was finally called to be seen at 3:30pm but it was already too late as I had to leave to drive for 30mins to pick up kids from Kinder at 4pm.

Should have negative scores! Try calling them, near impossible to get thru to a person, you call then an automated message tells you to call other numbers, you call those numbers only to find that you still cant contact anyone! Absolutely useless department!
