Bayside Standing MRI - Open, Upright MSK MRI

The way I was just treated over the phone by David was absolutely horrific and childish. I rung to book in a spine mri and I asked if I could book in a weeks time and he rudely shouted no. Because people cancel on him so he doesnt take bookings and before I could ask him how far in advance I was allowed to book he hung up on me! I rung back and he hung up on me again. I have never spoken to this clinic before. The third call he picked up and said Im busy and hung up again, so why pick up?. I am disabled and cant rock up on the day or the day after because I have to organise a carer to help me and organise transport. Discrimination and unnecessarily rude from the get go. Lucky for me I record all phone calls so my personal career can help me follow up appointments. These recordings of Davids behaviour are going straight to Ahprah. I wouldnt trust this clinic with my body.

David provided me with an MRI and X-ray (after years of problems and many previous X-rays) David is the only person who showed me the results/ findings and how to access them via his online portal. He was incredibly thorough and empathetic and even mentioned some movement exercises that have worked for his previous injuries. Despite the comments below if David is able to help (can provide the right scan for your needs) then he absolutely will go above and beyond to both find you an appointment time that works for you and provide an incredibly thorough service. I rang to clarify how their service works and what its like. Rudely accused me of being claustrophobic and then hung up on me. Spoke at me and over the top of me and not interested in listening to my questions. It was like talking to an arrogant narcissist! Will never call or use this service ! Ever !

I cannot thankyou enough Dr Proctor for your efforts in locating my mother's injury after a fall. After being discharged twice from a regional hospital with pain killers she was told there were no fractured bones, both a ct and xray showed nothing. After requesting an mri at the hospital it was denied, even though Mum was in excruciating pain and had top health cover they would not listen. Your Mri showed she did have several fractures in her sacrum, this answered all our questions. We can now plan for her recovery with the correct rehabilitation in place. Your service is invaluable and your expertise second to none, again thankyou.
