        Customer service is absolutely disgraceful. I was recommended to see Dr Chan urgently. The office was closed so I left a message but never got a call back. I rang again and couldnt get an appt for 5 months. I explained my situation but the Receptionist just said that was the earliest appt. Absolutely no regard for the urgency at all!

        Appalling customer service. I called in pain with a crown that had fallen and now needs an implant + an adjacent tooth that is now broken and with the live nerve causing pain. My family stopped me from going anywhere else because of their good experience with Dr. Bastiaan. When I called i am told that: - "As I said: he is not bck until the 1st of December" (first time i was told so. - His first available appointment is not before the 22nd of December. - He then goes away again and will not be back until February 2018. Can I book an appointment with another Dr then? -No, they are all booked until new years eve. Does the clinic have any other partners or colleagues that they might recommend? -Nope. Alright , thank you?
