I was lured to this company based on a TV show. Unfortunately experience so far with this company has been unacceptable, even prior to starting the actual project. First this company has never been responsive on email nor on their phone line. A response within 2-3 weeks is normal for them. Once established communication they had us send our $4000 deposit to a WRONG bank account. We now have to chase our money back somehow and contacting this company for help in tracing back our money at their bank have so far been a nightmare. They would not take responsibility for this very low-level mistake and will not offer any assistance to amend this problem. Our money have been transferred and the project is in the air. After multiple emails and phone calls no one is contactable and we will be promptly contacting ACCC and the Department of Fair Trading for legal advice. DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS. Update (6/11/2022): It took us some weeks to find that this company's email account was hacked and a scammer was in control of it, sending us a faked invoice which lured us into depositing money into the scammer's account. Franklin Group apparently was completely unaware of its email account being controlled and use, hence no response for some time after we have deposited our deposit. We contacted Franklin Group and we were very disappointed and shocked that they would NOT take responsibility of our loss, and was completely unsympathetic to our situation. They do not realise that it was their complete responsibility of not having sufficient cyber security measures for their email communications to customers. For the past 6 months we have been back and forth, spending countless hours on the phone, with our bank to try to chase our deposit back. We are at the final straw and if the bank finally fails in retrieving our hard earned money we will pursue further legal action. WE STAND BY OUR REVIEW THAT THIS COMPANY HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBLITY IN IT'S CYBERSECURITY MEASURES. Despite request to remove our very negative review I will NOT change our review until the company is finally going to accept their role in failure to protect its customers. This company appears to have lack of any basic integrity as a business. They charge over the top for their service due to their fame but provides much less than expected. Regardless of how good they are in their designs nothing can replace the integrity of a business to its customers. They can learn from this very bad mistake. THIS REVIEW WILL NOT BE REMOVED.
