BE WARNED - over promised & under delivered. During our 7 month renovation not once did they visit our site, nor did they reach out to see how things were going! In fact we finished 4 weeks ago & not a word from them. Fiona Austin came to our house twice to sell her services in the beginning, then disappeared. It was only when we contacted them did they respond - usually after a stuff up! Use an architect or draftsperson - it will be cheaper & youll get a professional result. Let Austin Design pick your cushions & rugs - dont be fooled, they are interior designers & nothing else - they should not be promoting renovation services. If I could submit a zero star rating I would.

My wife and i went to Austin design more than 5 years ago to ask them to help us detail the finishes for the inside of our forever family home. We didn't just get a well detailed and thoughtful proposal for the interior of our home; we also got some advice that made us completely re-design our home - it was the best advice we could have ever received. We now have our dream home that is spacious, light filled and completely user friendly -and without being challenged by Lauren and Fiona from Austin Design, " that we could do so much more" , we would not have had the same outcome. Recently we used Lauren for some additional cabinetry to finish off some rooms we hadn't finalised previously, as usual the designs were edgy and hopefully timeless, we hope to have built a home which the next purchaser (many years from now ) will look to maintain and not tear down. Thanks again to all the team at Austin Design - we are thrilled with what you have helped us build.
