Lakeside Consultants

I have been dealing with Matt at Lakeside Financial and they have been extremely unprofressional and are severely lacking in any form of communucations. I agreed to everything back in Dec 2022 and thought they processed my numerous insurances. But they somehow forgot to lodge my IP insurnace and it wasn't until March 2023 they got back to me asking for more questions - no apologies. Finally my IP was processed this month in May 2023, but they charged me almost $1,000 more than I was quoted. This was 50% increase! Multiple emails to Matt and Frances have been ignored since then. I guess they've got their commission and don't care anymore. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

These people are totally inept and so desperate for clients they repeatedly harass you by phone begging for business despite repeated requests for them to cease and desist!
