I was completely disappointed with the response of one of the person who works there. Jordan. Firstly, when he sent me a message asking me the best time to call, I replied after 5. He then called me at 3:15 and 3:40 where i had to disconnect repeatedly. FIRST MISTAKE. Secondly, when i called him, he completely denied that he ever called me or ANYONE from Sage called me. Second big mistake Thirdly, when I was asking him about the course, i did my research and from my understanding i wanted to cert 3 and 4 together. He offered Diploma, which I had no clue whether he is offering me a better option or it means the same with respect to career. When i asked him, he laughed at me as if i was a DUMB idiot. Biggest mistake and he lost me there completely. My friend and I planned to take a course there ASAP and one of my known associate referred me to Sage. It was good that i spoke to Jordan, I came to know what kind of people teach there. What if we had questions during the course and instead of explaining, you people laughed at us. its NEVER acceptable anywhere to talk about RACE which you people did.. I wish i recorded the conversation. i would have dealt this legally.. There is no comment or feedback section in website. Thus posting it here. I found some reliable place to get ourselves educated. They teach us well and to specify, they don't LAUGH at our ignorance.. I am very sure this would never change the way you communicate hereafter. So, keep up your good work SAGE.. You just lost 2 full time course fees and i am very sure you would keep that coming.. All the best.
