By far the rudest man I have ever met. Said that the alterations I requested were impossible (the other place I went to managed to do exactly what I wanted) and seemed angry and annoyed with each request I made like it was an inconvenience. Will never be going back there again.

Please do not use this store for any alterations. I had a special event that I needed very minor alterations made to a dress. I explained that I needed the dress for a event and they said I could pick it up on the afternoon of the event. When I arrived they firstly could not find my dress which does not surprise me given the chaos in the store. After they finally located the dress it was clear the alterations had not even been started. I was told to come back in 2 hours after 3pm. When I picked up the dress the alterations made was not what we agreed but I had no choice but to take the dress given the time. I managed to wear the dress on the night but was very uncomfortable and not flattering. Services: Dress alterations, Alterations
